hello - Arrina Evleri Gundogan Kizlburun
Hello my name is sylvia my husband is brian bought an appartment in Gundogan 2yrs ago we are coming over in april to see how the site is looking up untill now we have never managed to stay in the appartment the usual story builder problems appartment finished site not. Has anyone else bought an appartment on the same site it is called Arrina Evleri Gundogan Kizlburun thanks sylvia

Yes, 2 years is far too long. Some buyers have moved in but the majority have not been able to. The list of things that are wrong is far too long to mention here, but leaking roofs is the main problem because the developer put air-con units on the roof and now he says he has no money, yet he has built another development just below ours. We are really fed up now.

When are you going back we were told it was that the development below was financed by Russians same developer different builder did you buy your appartment through an estate agent in bodrum
Yes it is a fun forum with alot of usefull advice wish Ihad found it sooner but better late than never

Hi Sylvia and Brian,
welcome to the forum, we are from Holland and have also bought on Arinna. In which block is your appartment? We are in block two, downstairs. Last year we already furnished our appt. and we have been twice there for holidays. We also love Gundogan because it is small and relaxed and the beautifull views and surroundings. We hope to meet you soon, our next trip will start thye end of May.

Hi nice to hear from people in the same complex we are going over in April just hope all is well with the site I will let yoyu know how we get on.The next we plan to go over is June and then September just post it on the forum when you are going to be there and if it coincides with us we could meet up reguards sylvia and brian
