builders plans!!!!!
we are about to go to tinky to furnish and received some up to date photos of our property only to find that our roof terraces have what was promised a roof by the builder (artist impression ) is not there do we have a case to demand this be built???????

The artist impressions are just that, not proper building plans, things change along the build cycle and sometime changes have to be made for all sorts of reasons.

If it's something that can be fixed by the builder, then in most cases they will do it, but some changes are not possible to fix.
