Hi guys I am new to this forum and I live and have business on the bodrum peninsula. I'm tired of people thinking bad about turkey. Last year the only time we heard from family was when something bad happened.

I live here on the peninsula with my wife and 2 young children. We hated living in England going at 100miles and hour 24/7 what quality of live was that?????

If you have questions about the place feel free to ask me either on the froum or PM me I don't mind I expect there are other people out there willing to help. I have good and bad experience to share.

When we though about moving here to turkey we were worried what with two children. A wise old man said to me I wanted to see another country and was scared to do it. Just follow your gut feeling and you won't go too far wrong.

Yes I had good and bad stuff here but when i sit on my balcony at night with a beer and watch the sun set I know tomorrow is another great day.

Yes I am but not turkish. I spend most evening in the summer helping people to stop them getting riped off. I dislike people how con us brits. I have done the rounds and I will not sell my properties on this forum I wish to help only.

You should declare your business interest in your signature like the others are requested to do.

You say you're an estate agent, but not Turkish. Do you mean you're not operating in Turkey or you're a foreigner working as an estate agent here?

Welcome aboard the board Look forward to hearing all your experiences. İf you take a look around you will see there is plenty to get involved in and there is an area where you can get commercial as well as long as you follow the forum rules which are easy enough to find. Not in a business myself but İ think you also have to just put something as a signature to declare any business interests and you will notice it at the bottom of people's posts. İt's a great forum and you will enjoy yourself.
