Passport Copies

How do you get copies of your passport? Apart from photocopies? When applying for a residence visa. Also is applying for a residence visa the same for every area of Turkey?

Apart from photocopies you cant legally unless you declare that it is lost or stolen?

Can you explain why you need to?

In principle the application procedure for a residence permit is the same all over with slight variations on the paperwork.

I posted a thread on how to get one in a day, have a look.

If you were resident in Altinkum, you could still use Aydin, so the thread is valid for your application too.

Anyone in the same district as Aydin, yes.

Think of Aydin (or Ege) as you would a County at home. Altinkum also comes under Aydin so no problem

But remember, that post I made was for anyone who needed or wanted to make a very quick turnaround on their application, its not mandatory you go to Aydin, you could if you werent in a hurry use your nearest Emniyet Offices.
