Re: Long Term Rental
I will also be interested in a longish term rental in the Side area when we relocate as our house needs renovating. I am looking for somewhere which is either furnished or unfurnished. If unfurnished this would have to have white goods. I will, however, be bringing my cats so if it is an apartment this would have to be ground floor. The cats are house trained and do not scratch furniture etc.

Re: Long Term Rental
You can either just email the emlaks as many will have long term rentals but most don't seem to put them on their sites.
Or if you can look at
emlak.mynet.com
www.emlak.net
www.hurriyetemlak.com
They are in Turkish but its easy enough to find your way around them
Kiralik is rental
Daire is flat
Ev is house

Re: Long Term Rental
If anyone wants a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa in Gulluk, 15 mins from Bodrum airport, 30 mins from Bodrum town and fully furnished with all mod cons, communal pool etc, on a long term rental, just PM me.
We don't want a fortune, but as it will otherwise be empty for several months after summer, I would prefer to rent it for a sensible price to sensible people and know that it is being occupied and (hopefully) looked after.
Open to sensible and realistic offers. Bond required.
PS- If you are Nigerian - its cash up front !!

Re: Long Term Rental
Hi
No problem with a long term let in Oba Aalanya or Mahmuthler. Furnished or unfurnished. Let me know if interested and I can put you in touch with my brother.
Cheers

Well, tbh, i am FAIRLY flexible in this. Looking at "best of both worlds" location though........ex pat community when i want it, but no "ghetto" where one doesnt get to see the "real" Turkey fairly close by either. Somewhere with a bit of life, but not where drunken youths roam the bars, clubs and streets late at night.
I have been looking at Altinkum, Didim, Akbuk..............Fethiye even. Aegean coast perhaps?

Re: Long Term Rental
we have a 2 bedroom House in Akbuk, 400m to beach, 2 mins to market available. we are thinking of selling because we hope to emigrate to canada in the near future but would be interested in renting. I tried to post pics but only managed it in 'Photo Gallery' under Akbuk house, i think.
the house was fully modernised last year and has some furniture already there.let me know if you are interested.

Re: Long Term Rental
Hi Pookie,
What is the destination (resort name ) you're looking for to rent on a long term basis. Would you like to rent out furnished or unfurnished?
Let us ( the members of this forum ) know these details to get help.
