Yes very high, rent very high,elecyricity high, that is why the Turks have mostly energy bulbs, solar, small profit slow return.....unless you are an estate agent.......but even then long long hours, call ups, expenses insurances employees tax..etc...unless you have somthing extremely unique....but I think the Turkish would have thought of that anyhow......
