Just been informed (by somebody who has a Turkish barber, no less)that Turkish people aren't so keen on anybody with blue eyes. Has anyone heard of this before? Evidently anybody with blue eyes cant be trusted and are considered 'evil eyed'.

Now what do I do? Get coloured contact lenses or hide behind my sunglasses all day?

Hey Mehmet is a barber!!

My eyes are sort of grey/green no idea what colour they are, but isn't that a contradiction since they worship blondes and most blondes are blue eyed

As for the blue eyes...I'll let hubby do any negotiating and I'll let my blue eyes feast on the shops.

Yeah unfortunately barbers have a bad reputation for flinging their ahems around lol particularly in the resorts so watch out!!
