We are about to rent out our Villa in Kalkan privately for the first time and wondered if anyone had an example of a standard rental contract that they would be happy to share.

One of the issues that has been raised is with regard to public liability issues should a tenant have an accident. We understand there is no public liability insurance available in turkey so how do people deal with this. Is there an exclusion clause that is put in a rental contract. What other issues should we be considering ? Any help much appreciated.
