Hi Lau, been incommunicado for a while problems with computers than telephone lines etc... really fed up with it all... moan over[] There is a steady stream of enquires coming in for rentals in & around Alanya. The 5* hotels are not really the problem it is more the cost of flights, as that is starting to change so is the demand. A lot of people are buying to let and the ones I am loooking after are going well. I advise all people to advertise in their own country and abroad - Alanya is popular with the Dutch, Norweigan, Swedish Finnish & Russian. Germans also are here but tend to keep to their own communities. There is a large market of potential renters so aim your advertising wide. Best of luck with it all.
