It all depends what currency you have now, because you can't send euros bank to bank

First I've heard of that but I have Euros and will transfer to an external USD account.

I've looked at TransferWise & Euro>Euro seems no problem

Sorry you are right euro>euro for little money, some one said on the forum you'd have to change currency on different Post. Just look at TW they won't do it for sterling.

Re: Transferring money from Turkey

I'd certainly use transferwise Jaycey if youre sending Euros to USD. The only problem I had was when sending Euros from Turkey it doesnt go via their usual account in Belgium. It had to go via a German account instead which needed sorting on a quick phone call to Transferwise's excellent customer service.
If you decide to use them i'd recommend starting the procedure near the beginning of the week in case there are any niggles and then you have plenty of time to sort them with their helpline, theyre closed all weekend.
I can also send you a link to get the first 500 eu of your transfer free. As I said earlier I saved hundreds if not more when I sent 34k euro to UK from Turkey. However anyone wanting to send TL its hardly worth the effort, much better to convert TL to Euro and then send that.
If I can help in any way with transferwise Jaycey feel free to PM me.
