Re: Aircon units

Should be a simple task for a competent electrician, you will only need to break into the electric supply and insert a suitable Coin or Card meter of some sort.

Re: Aircon units

My neice and her family fit this kind of meter for people in Spain. They wanted to start up over here but because of the no work law over here, and not much call for them they didnt do it.

Re: Aircon units

Thanks abs for the reply - its a shame they didn't start up in turkey - I'm sure there are plenty of other apartment owners who would like them installed .

Re: Aircon units

All i can say is add a little more to your rental price to cover the electric bill.

If you have them all around the flat i guess it can work out expensive if it was being abused. If i had aircon i think i would just buy a mobile unit and move it where it was needed instead of having one in each room.

Re: Aircon units

We had a key cardbput in with the key welded to the key ring.So the electric goes of when out, this way no units can be left on all day.

Re: Aircon units

Thanks for the reply - I have a key card also but keys can be easily detached from it as it happened before when I rented my apartment out keys and card was handed back to me seperately
