Long Term Rental Required

Good afternoon members. I was pointed in the direction of this forum to hopefully find a long term rental for two friends.

The request is for a two or three bedroom villa (no apartments please), in the Bodrum area or immediate vicinity, 1 or 2 years rental, pool optional.
I have left the scope open on various aspects of the property for my friends to decide the finer details of accommodation they seek.

Please email me monthly rental price in YTL (Water and electric bills will be paid by renters separately).

Hi Steve.Welcome to the forum.
Do your friends want Bodrum main town..........or anywhere on the whole Bodrum Peninsula ? Quite a big area so where do they really want to be near to ?

They can confirm the requirement is a villa (semi or detached) for two years guaranteed, based upon this guarantee the monthly rental will have to be competitive, again in YTL please.

Yes Lynne, the area required is Bodrum Centrum or immediate vicinity (estimate 10km radius).
