icebabes, Milas (Bodrum) Airport is like many of the other Turkish Airports and excessively overpriced for convenience foods.
You will find you can buy cigarettes in-flight and still be able to buy more duty free when you arrive at Milas. Suprisingly, they now have duty free for inbound as well as outbound passengers.
Have a great holiday!

I was in shock when they asked me for £4 for a packet of pringles. I also paid £20 for an evil eye as a gift because I promised someone I would and I forgot to get it at the market. I'll be well prepared in future. I was happy with my mega bottle of gin though It was only 20 euros.

Re: Cigarettes at Bodrum Airport?
whilst waiting to pick up my son,at Bodrum airport,we used the snack bar at the end of the building,it's outside the main building where drop offs take place to the right at the end ,chicken shish, chips, salad and bread and soft drinks, times 3 approx.£8 and it was good.Don't know if I can do this, but next time we leave Bodrum, will check in and then try to leave departure area and use this snack bar.

What a rip off indeed! We werea sked to pay £18 for three coffees and a packet of chrisps! I refused to pay and left them on the counter. Next time we return Bodrum airport we will bring our own food.
Duty free is no better! I bought a bottle of Kenzo after shave for a "special offer" price £27. On my return I was sad enough to compare prices in Boots. They were selling it for £28! Some bargain!!

Re: Cigarettes & Food Prices - Bodrum Airport?
I agree with all theposts and we always take water and Soft drinks from Migros/Gima crisps also or as above use the outside cafew but knowing kiddies they always want stuff when your waiting at the gate to go.... BUy your ciggies on arrival not departure I bought Karens L&M;s £7.50 per 200 they say only 600 per passport but if you put 400 in a case or other bag they wills ell you 1000 or you can safely buy 600 on each passport aaaand lets fgace it L&M;s are as good as any others unless your a lights person then they also do L&M lights!!!...lol.. I think all smokers are silly but thats your choice.... You save arouind £2 per 200 buying on arrival against home bound!

Re: Cigarettes & Food Prices - Bodrum Airport?
I too think that Bodrum airport is a rip-off. Sadly in a lot of cases its the last impression visitors have of a country and being financialy raped at the airport on departure leave a bad feeling. Over £2 for 50cl bottle of water £8 for chicken nuggets. I too left it all at the counter and refused to pay.
