Please does anyone know anything about Emlak from Bitez called Aura Real Estate, seemingly run by two females called Gabby and Nadia, are they good, bad or indifferent, please pm if needs be. Thankyou

Havent heard of them but from their website the fact they provide the solicitor has alarm bells ringing for me.

They found a renter for me very quickly and efficiently so I'm very happy with them - but why the nervousness? - go and talk to them, your gut instinct will tell you all you need to know.
Not all emlaks are sharks, but always use the same care in property matters that you would in the UK. They may recommend a solicitor/lawyer, but I would warn against this for partiality reasons. Thankyou Chunkyguru, but I was not asking about Aura on my own behalf, my friend is selling and I didn't want her to be in trouble. Glad you found them OK.
