Hi again.
Remember me? Completion Problems!
Didn't have a lot of luck sorting them out and still taking possession on 1st Jan!

We also seem to be locked into a maintenance contract with Mavi Realty which is a sister company to the builder. They charge £760/pa for 3 bed aprt which includes maintaining communal spaces and pool but doesn't even include painting exteriors or any building insurance.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to get insurance, please?

Sorry to hear you are having problems. I hope you can sort them out. I pay about £500 a year for maintenance. It covers pool, gardens and security (14 houses). It doesn't cover things like insurance or general painting etc of the house. We use Intasure and chose them because the policy was in English and seemed straight forward. Several people here use them but as far as I know none of us have made a claim yet. In addition you must have the DASK insurance. I got that from a Turkish bank.
