Church in Bodrum

For anyone interested in attending church but not knowing where one is, I saw an advert in the Bodrum Observer yesterday stating that there is a church in Bodrum.

Its called the Bodrum International Grace Church (Protestant) and is on every Sunday between 11:30am - 1:30pm

Address: Unit 20, 1st Floor Ali Aydinlioglu offices, next to Tansas, main market, bus station Kulcu St, Bodrum

For more information:
Mobile: 0543 356 88 35
Contact: Pastor Engin Duran
Email: [email protected]

I assume the service would be in english as it was advertised in english, however I cant say for sure as I only read about it yesterday (Wednesday) and thus havent been to a service.

Re: Church in Bodrum

Its in both Turkish and English. Whoever is leading a particular part of the service has a translator. The songs are sung twice - once in each language.

Re: Church in Bodrum

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting with the pastor Engin and his wife in October.
He was telling us that a 2nd church will be opening soon in Turguteris.
Next time we hope to attend his services which as already stated are in both Turkish and English.

Re: Church in Bodrum

Hello and yes,
I attend that church usually every Sunday. They are a very friendly church and supportive. We function somewhat like a family. I am back in my home country right now visiting my family and friends, but I will be back to Turkey by the New Year.
Oh yes and I love these smilies. They were not here the last time I visited the site.
