paying for tapu

Hi all, do you have to pay for your tapu? if so is this a fixed price or does it go on the value of your property? if i payed 27,000 pounds for my place what would i pay for my tapu? (is there any one in the know) thanks...Tracy...

Hi Tracy. we paid £28500 for our villa and have been asked by our emlak to send £700 as our tapu is ready. ive asked for a breakdown of this cost and still waiting for a reply . ill let you know the outcome.

Just got back this week with my Tapu
paid £24000 for villa,
and the total cost was £570

997tl taxes
105tl translator
80tl notary
100tl tapu office
total 1327tl or £570

Got my tapu through yesterday and was surprised to find tapu costs on there, as I was unaware of these, but foe 32k villa, they came out at £211.
