Military serch prices yet again

Hoping someone can give a bit of advice and info on this one .

I am in the process of buying a couple of commerical units in the Bodrum area and getting conflicting prices and information with regards to the cost involved with the military search.

Are the search costs the same for commerical units as for domestic property ?

What would you expect think these costs to be ?

Seems to be each local belediye set the prices as there is a wide variation in what folks are charged. I've been reliably informed that the documentation charge is only 120-150YTL (cant remember exact figure but posted it here a while ago if anyone wants to do a search!).

Not sure about commercial, but a fairly high proportion of applicants for business premises are going to be limited company's so there won't be a military search done.
