Most of the people who work in the oasis, or own a shop in the oasis, live in gumbet, not bar street gumbet, but gumbet none the less.
there are sites above the oasis that would be good for year round rentals too.
as peaceplant says, you just hand it over to an estateagent and they sort out the renters for you with contract and what not

Good Morning Everyone.
Our apartment in Akbuk is now ready and we are off in October to furnish. Although we are not relying on any rental income , we would like to rent it out . Can anyone recommend any of the rental sites, ie: Owners Abroad, holiday Rentals Abroad etc.
any feed back of such sites would be grateully rec'd

Superbogs (Bob) has his very nice 3 bed house for sale in Turgutreis since he moved to Ankara. I reckon it's a bargain price. achieving £200 per month should be more than possible as there is good demand in Turgutreis. Yes there is the problem of ownership, but I think if you talk to Bob that can be sorted (not by setting up a company).
