its been some time since you posted your enquiry. Did you get any useful advice (from any source)?
did you end up buying to let?
Recent comments elswhere on the forum suggest the letting market is really a bit of a myth that is fuelled by estate agents keen to persuade people to buy. The reality seems to be that rates are lower than expected and bookings more scarce
comments from your experience would be welcome

One agent i spoke to said he would
except £100,000 for 2 apartments
instead of the asking price of £108,000.
Then i still turned it down.
That was in Avsaller last Oct.
