Went to opening night of Aladdins last night......it rocked! Loads of people inside and out. Good to see the new sound system can have loud levels of music for inside to dance and quieter outside to chat.

Got home at 3am, band started of ok, bit of rock music - singer needed to put some more heart into it. Then a guy took over and belted out some great tunes (who was he ? had Anatolian Tigers on his jacket - he was FAB !).
Really looking forward to more gigs in the future.

One point i'd like to say is the bands playing in bars may be meadiocar but its not pop idol and we're not Simon Cowells, to me its like a gig and yes they do ruin your favour song, but just go with the flow. Obviously if they're really bad, just boo them off

Still trying to work out why my bar bill was only 5 ytl ! Thanks to those who brought me a drink....or did i have just the one Mrs Wemberley.
