Re: This Sunday English Carvery at Shine Restaurant
I would just like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed the carvery at The Shine Restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone
Everyone was able to chill out round the pool and when ready, Greg served the first course. I went for the pate and I've got to say it was delicious and Paul had the soup - really creamy and tasty.
We then went on to the main course - any of the choices available were exquisite and the gravy was to die for. The vegetables were cooked to perfection.
Later on we had the bread and butter pudding - delicious!
... and all this at the most perfect venue - The Shine Restaurant. Heidi and Muko are to be congratulated - they are perfect hosts and helped everyone keep their cool in the hot weather conditions
