arkhe homes

Has anyone had any experience either good or bad with a small developer in caliş called arkhe homes. A friend of mine had what i would consider to be a very bad experience recently and after seeing written evidence of what he was alleged to have been doing and subsequently myself checking this found out to be laughable to say the least. i would love to know more from anyone else.

Re: arkhe homes

latest update is that arkhe homes were due to have a stnad at the prestige property show in birmingham this coming weekend. but they have been taken of the list of exhibitors due to a letter being sent to the organsers detailing the disgraceful and unethical way they trreated both my friends when they were the unfortunate end of apos threats and lies. not the sort of company to exhibit anything let alone property. so be warned

l fully agree, expose the scum,so they can crawl into their hole of filth.
The problem with naming and shaming publicly,is to find a system that can cope with such a huge volume of corrupt businesses to store on their data system, there's just so many out there.
What to do.Easy, never give the scumbags into thinking, that it is quite acceptable to deceive others out of their money.
1/Another is to educate these wicked people into thinking,no matter how low one's wages are,it doesn't give them the excuse to deceive others to depart them from their money.A code of empathy should be addressed in the system,to gain the trust in the community of people. This is a far better investment for the economy.
2/When the system allows these types of criminal activities thrive,it only encourages others to get on the band wagon, because the one's that were so morally trustworthy has now realized,it is so hard to make a living by being trusting,so they have decided to down that wicked path of corruption, because it is easier for them to get easy money. The system does promote corruption to flourish.
3/Also if it is brought to court, and is not executed speedily. The hearts and minds of many will be set in for them to do wicked practices against others, because they know they can still carry on with their evil deeds, even though there is a writ against them.
4/a mass of selfishness and greed does eventually, break down security, and in place of it is strong suspicions of the businesses dealing, which will lead to the economy, with a black hole.
5/The advertisement for the businesses is to have a wagging tongue in their favour to gain trust in the system,.This type of advertisement will strengthen the economy for years to come, and will flourish,as long as the trust is continuously flourishing in the system.
6/Corruption will destroy the very foundations of the economy in time.Trust and honour promotes a well being towards the customer and the businesses, providing a service based on what l mentioned, which will provide a sound and blooming economy
