There are many things where providing DASK is becoming commonplace and for the sake of Roughly 24.16 which is what I paid this year is it not worth it.

Would you travel without Travel insurance or health insurance?
So why live or own property without insurance.

Let's hope the DASK fund will pay out for residents in Elazığ

I've been told that the DASK only covers the cost of clearing the ruined building and not full rebuild costs. This is why you should have additional insurance with the DASK.

Now i have been told the other way round ,It doe's not cover the clearing up .And if one person doe's not have it in a block it's null and void. That was my all neighbour he was in insurance .I would not try to make a guess who info is correct. Our old DASK paper work always had the rebuild cost on it for some insured.

Dask only covers clearing costs.
Dash is compulsory, as someone else posted why not just go along with it, in terms of what you have spent it is marginal.
Of course you need full house and contents insurance, whether they will try to avoid any pay outs is another question!
