wanted CPU

During todays storm our cpu seemed to get hit or a mega surge even though the electric was off so all it does now is beep.
This means we need a cpu with S-Video output, powerful enough to run TV anyone got one for sale please.

Bodrum area

Re: wanted CPU

Something to try before giving up Rosewall is to "open the bonnet" and reseat the memory sticks. I get it a lot from customers in Turkey specially at this time year with hot days and cooler nights, the metal inside the PC expand and contracts and can cause the memory to become "loose", may not be the case on yours but worth a try?

Re: wanted CPU

you can see most beep error codes here, they do change depending on the BIOS make but 9 times out of 10 its a memory problem, if theyre all reseated and it still happens (and you have more than 1 memory stick) try removing 1 at a time (please make sure the power cord is disconnected when you do this, not just the PC turned off).
