Are there any limits to the number of free calls or the length of the free calls that I make?
No, you can make as many free calls as you like within the 12 hour period and there is no limit to the length of the call, however if the call continues after 12 midnight GMT you will start incurring call charges.
Do Post Office™ phonecards expire?
£5 and £10 Post Office™ phonecards expire 90 days after they are first use or when you have used all your credit making calls. £20 Post Office™ phonecards expire 120 days after first use or when you have used all your credit making calls.
