There is a fishing shop on the main high street. It is on the left hand side (coming from the airport road end) just after the PTT street. Don't know if they sell tek tek, but if they don't, I am sure they will be able to point you in the right direction.
Maybe someone will be along soon with more info.

The shop mentioned above does sell "tek tek" and you get a box full for 2 lira. My brother bought some last week.
