Villa for sale - Datca
Hi everyone
I am having to sell my villa as we are looking to emigrate to New Zealand. It is a beautiful 3 bed, split level bungalow (only finished last year), in it's own grounds of 529 sqm (approx), with private swimming pool, totally fenced in with lovely wrought iron gates, grills on all the windows and doors - front door is steel. It is situated just at the bottom of Eski Datca. We have had the garden landscaped and it will be sold fully furnished - so just turn up with your suitcase!

Many thanks for that. Yes I think it's a beautiful villa as well and I have put a lot of time, money and effort into getting it finished (as everyone who owns a villa is probably aware - it isn't all plain sailing - especially with certain builders in Datca!). Anyway, I will have a cry when it sells but I now need to move forward and try and focus on New Zealand. I will be going back over to Datca hopefully in April and will most probably see you in the Summer months (unless the villa is sold by then).

My son lives in nz and has been there for 4 years living in mission bay, he loves it.Where are you going to when you get out there?We have a house in datca too and had 3 of my sons kiwi friends in in during the summer and they had a ball. Good luck your house sounds gorgeous.

Mission Bay is lovely, it's one of the places we are looking at (as well as Orewa and Takapuna) but it depends where hubby gets work. We only came back from New Zealand last Sunday (back to reality now).

Hi every one,
I would like to inform all interested friends that I am selling my Villa found in Datça / Karaincir Holiday Village - known as Öz-İL too. The one flat Villa has 3 rooms and 1 living room and 1 bathroom and there is one terrace open to front garden and one terrace open to back garden. Located very close to shopping centers.
