Building costs
Can anyone tell me the approximate cost per M2 of building a new property not including the land price?

Re: Building costs
Luxury villa 400 Euros per M2, luxury apartment 380 Euros per M2 and good quality apartments 340 Euros per M2 to include all architect cost and control etc. These are Antalya prices from an excellent company. Take a look at my web ref Antalya 145 to see what they build.

Re: Building costs
I have something to ask too.
We have permission for 65 m2 for the first floor and 30m2 for the second so we have a terrace of about 35m2 on the second floor. So now do we multiply the price per m2 with the total 95 or 95+35?

At least these prices are realistic Bryn.Being a builder in the UK I know the prices I was quoted in Mugla were grossly over inflated. When I questioned them the reply was "50% had been added for inflation!!"Maybe I should have a look at Antalya sometime.

Re: Building costs
Our Villa in Okcular (Mugla) is costing us £450 a M2. This includes all bathroom suites (3), fitted Kitchen, fitted wardrobes etc. This seemed to be the average price in the area.
Probably would seem ott to some but we are well happy with the quality of the build.
