No-Nem Top Man.

Our apartment had some minor damp on the interior walls so we arranged for
Phil (No-Nem) to assess the problem.

We had Salt Contamination. It was rectified by removing the old plaster then
drilling holes everywhere and injecting a liquid to prevent future damp. Some
areas had to have more specialist treatment. It was then re-plastered.

All done very efficiently and tidied up afterwards and not a Kings Ransom.

So if anyone is out there feeling damp No-Nem is your man.

Thanks Phil see you when we are out there.

Shane, Carole and Kai.

Re: No-Nem Top Man.

Have to agree with Higgy that No-nem is not one of your money-grabbing foreigners. Had him call to check out our house last week. Thankfully, he said we didn't need his services because whatever damp we have is down to inadequate sealing around the windows. It was a refreshing change to come across a businessman in Turkey who didn't resort to inventing reasons for making money out of us.

Great to hear that Phil was able to sort out your problem Higgy

When I read the title of this thread, for a minute I thought he'd gone suit mad and raced off to Top Man to buy another one!

Very soon Shirley we will be looking at that area, especially when we get enqs. from Gazientep and İskenderun. That is also why I am looking for a rental much further over that way. LOOK OUT...No nems on his way!

This sentence was straight from a developers mouth to our Turkish sales rep........''we don't need to put in damp course, as once we have sold the property it is no longer our problem'' Others will tell you they put Polymers in the concrete'' yeah, Rock n' roll mmmmmmmmmmm.
