property management
I hope i have put this in the proper place, but i need some advice on property management. Can anyone tell me how i go about getting someone to rent out my 3 bed villa and do you know how much the company would be charging me, is it an annual charge etc.
Any advice on this would be most welcome.

Re: property management
We all would need a little more info eg where is the Villa located, size and what service you need. Most agent including mine should charge you a commission for the rental. Normally between 20-30% of the rental income. For your villa there will be property management fees eg paying your bills check for theft and storm damage. key holding and additionals if you have a pool then cleaning the pool. If you need the property clean this is usually paid extra. If you need exact prices them pm me and I point you in the right direction.

20-30%..........................ouch!
mine charges 15% which I think is a bit on the steep side. Some websites charge 10%, wheras others charge a flat fee. I did advertise on one that was free but got no enquiries
more information about location and level of service is needed before anyone could quote for the property management service

You could try villarenters.com its one of the biggest. I think you pay a flat rate charge.
