Re: Phil from No Nem
What has happened to him? He was forever posting on this site - I thought he was a moderator and now not a word for days?

Re: Phil from No Nem
this site is the only way that people can communicate about this problem..
so if they want to ask then ...i think its reasonable.....
before this topic was opened up i know a few people who were wondering what to do and thought they were the only ones with a problem
a lot of money has been lost by some members..
it might be helpful if those people who are satisfied with the work would come forward and say so

Re: Phil from No Nem
Good point- some people are never satisfied - it would be impossible for any business owner to address all their grievances on a public forum like this- it would result in never-ending going around in circles- some people may have lost money but there is no doubt another side to the story as well - for example, the business owner has probably lost money as well- sometimes the money people have parted with doesnt cover the costs of the what they expect or think they are entitled to, and wishing doesnt change the reality.
Surely there are some people who are satisfied customers; but I think that goes without saying as the business was going for a considerable time (presumably? - my comments are purely supposition).

Re: Phil from No Nem
I am sorry but I think this subject has been hashed and rehashed...Phil is not answering comments on here and hasn't for a while so the whole subect becomes an subject for speculations. I know people are concerned and a lot of money is involved but this is a public forum and I personally do not think it is the arena for such a sensitive subject. Now most of you know me and know I do not get involved in the politics on here but I do feel this is going nowhere, and while the forum is a aid to communication I feel this subject has gone beyond that. A this stage most people know who is who and who ae those actually involved in this debacle, maybe they should arrange a get together to air there problems between themselves and maybe even a lawyer....?
Her endeth my contribution

Re: Phil from No Nem
I agree with Lynda, I had closed the previous threads to do with No-Nem so that everyone involved has had time to resolve their issues, please don't open more threads unless there is some updates or developments on the subject.
If you need to contact Phil at no-nem then please use the PM facility, but lets give this thing a chance to get resolved without getting the parties involved stressed.
Phil is a businessman and I doubt if he would want his reputation further tarnished, and hope he will address ALL the outstanding issues, failing that I'm sure he knows perfectly well that there as well as this most popular Turkish forum are lots of other forums and websites out there and unfortunately what can make you can also break you.
So with this message I would like to close this thread until we have something worthwhile to report, we are all eagerly awaiting a good outcome for everyone involved.
