Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
I also am with you on this one,if you advertise on this forum then surely you have to be answerable to questions asked,or tho you may not get the answers!!!!!

I can't see any harm in having a poll.

Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
I feel the poll may open to manipulation by either side,a few pms here a few pms there. How much is my vote worth.

Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
I agree with this poll,
this particular company has set out to strongly tie itself both socially and financially with the Forum and its members. Its only fair that this company should take the rough with the smooth when it comes to information involving both forum members and themselves, however uncomfortable.
However, this poll should be for people who have had dealings with No Nem and therefore (in my opinion) the final poll option should be removed as it invites people to stick there "pennies worth" in where not required.
Unless of course Mushtaq has a particular reason for this option.
I have nothing to do with this company, its just an outsiders observation.

Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
Germaine and Parrot make good points. There should be a way of confining the poll to people who have actually availed of the company's services.

Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
Hi Mushtaq,
I think the poll is a good idea to get some indication on how some people have suffered at the hands of no-nem
But there is one problem with the poll! The reading of it could be misleading!
Some customers have commented that they are happy with the work done!
Those customers may be happy at the moment with the work that was carried out, BUT will they be happy in a years time when they realise the damp proofing hasn't worked and they still have a problem of rising damp!
It may be a good idea to ask the satisfied customers this question:
has the damp proofing stopped their rising damp?

Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
Polls are very dubious and can be changed by devious means.
The current state of it suggests skullduggery afoot.
I really think we need postings from those 2 who are happy in support of Phil,s company as otherwise we are at square one with posts from just the victims who are unhappy.
I agree with Parrot,s first comment
Look at political or MORI polls yuk!!.
Dont think this is going anywhere but worth a punt Mushtaq so good on you.

Why just those in support? I think the fourth option is a bit slanted, what about those who were thinking about using him and still are?playing devils advocat and won't be voting not had any offers yet.

Re: No-Nem Customer Survey
Looks like I need to think about this a little more, as our new friend Tooty Fruity is also a satisfied customer of No-Nem (also voted as such), but as he is also most probably voting from the same office, the results are not going to be very accurate.
I am therefore closing this thread, until I can come up with a better idea to get honest data.
