No-Nem Customer Survey
As there are still issues surrounding this company, I though it might worth trying to figure out what the situation is, as there are apparently lot of unhappy customers and investors, and happy ones too, so I would like to get some numbers.

I think finding out the extent for any problems is a good idea however how long do you need to leave work before you can say i am happy or not with any work completed, if there is a 25 year warrantee then it may be a long time before we here from some ppl lol.

For the first time, I,m afraid I,ve got to disagree with your post, I do not think that it is right that a posting/poll such as this one should be on the forum, again thats only my opinion.

I feel that as a lot of members have had work done and have invested in this company due to the fact that the services and company were advertised here, the company invited members to invest in the company.
I feel it this is the right place for them to get answers to their queries if direct contact is not working, the communication in the past has been a two way thing between no-nem the company and the customers & investors.
There are outstanding issues out there, and they should be resolved between the parties, but if one side keeps asking and the other side is quite then there has to be some way to get some answers.
I put this poll together to try to assess what is the real situation, as I am told by the unhappy customers that there are many with problems, and from the company side I'm told there are many many happy customers, so what is the answer?

I'm with you on this one Mushtaq.
Nothing wrong with asking questions, without them you don't get answers !
Your survey is about the business and it's quality, not the person running it and does not show bias one way or the other.
Let the past customers complete it and anyone else can come to their own conclusions.

i agree with this poll..i have had a lot of correspondence with a few members who have handed serious money over and are now being ignored.
