Whats the best way to get work?

I was wondering how easy/hard it is to find work, that isn't working in Bars/Restaurants. My Turkish is not great at the moment but I am learning fast.

I am a highly skilled Personal Assistant and I run my own Freelance PA business. It would be nice to continue this, but my with my Turkish not being strong would there be enough demand, in the expat community for PA's or am I best looking at working as a rep or something similar.

I'm currently setting up some online businesses so maybe these are what I should concentrate.

Though my darling man, would prefer I didn't work, but his Teacher's Salary does not go far.

All advice welcome.

Not sure about advising on this since the only thing I know is that you MUST have a work permit - don't even consider doing anything without one. You could try using the search button at the top right hand corner of this site. Or maybe our Consulate would have some information. Good luck.

If you're looking at İzmir, Ankara, İstanbul or maybe even Antalya then maybe there may be call for a PA in some of the private schools, there are a number that opperate largely in English or at least have a large English speaking work force, at my wifes school every sign, newsletter, email is in both English and Turkish. Doğa colleges, Koç Colleges and ACI/SEV would probably be interested in professional PAs.
