Turkish Friendship
I have put together an order with Ikea to furnish a house in Turkey and my Turkish friend insisted on sending the order and sorting out any problems.A bank draft would take too long as they won't hold the stock so the order needed payment by credit or debit card. They won't accept debit card and I wasn't prepared to put my credit card details in an email and also they would require a signature.Ercan said,"No problem,I will pay for your furniture with my credit card, sign the fax and you can pay me when you come out"
There are not many people that would do this. I am amazed at this offer and the trust that he shows in me.

Re: Turkish Friendship
That is very nice of them and solved your problem.
I too was unhappy to send them my details by fax but I did do a bank transfer that went through immediately. Paying them was the hardest part of the process and it will be good if they can get on-line ordering sorted out.
