hi, i am in the process of buying a villa in ovacik and am just waiting for military clearance what i want to know is how do i get the electricity and water put in my name ? i.e. where do i go and what do i need with me . thanks

You don't need to panic over this, take your time. The bills will still arrive in the previous owner's name and are paid by the reference number, not the name. You can even set up your Direct Debits just using the reference number. All you need to worry about at this stage is that the bills are paid up to the day of sale i.e. there is no debt.
