You need to apply to council office (belediye) for water and TEDAS for electricty...They both are in Didim Town. You would need a copy of your passport, a copy of title deed and copy of living permission.. With deposits they will charge a £100 approx.

100 quid? My estate agent charged me 250, and how do they register on your behalf if they haven't got passports etc?
