I also have the same figures in the Birim Fiyat (TL) row under the Per.Sat. Hiz. Bedeli (2) column and the adjacent columns but have different figures in the T1, T2, and T3 boxes above these figures in the Birim Fiyat (TL) row i.e. 0,151050 in T1, 0,258305 in T2 and 0,073917 in T3. Also in the Tuketim Bedeli (TL) (1) row in the T1 column directly under the 0,151050 figure there is another figure of 27,19.

Maybe I will pop into the Aydem office and ask them to explain this. Shame as I was in there today to pay the bill! Is there anyone who speaks english there?

Dear Customer,
If you did not apply three-time tariff it means that you use one-time tariff. Until you apply three-time tariff you will use one time tariff it is not automatic. In one-time schedule you pay 0.269 TL/kWh for 24-hour consume.
In three-time schedule you pay 0.252 TL/kWh between 06:00-17:00, 0.405 TL/kWh between 17:00-22:00, 0.143 TL/kWh between 22:00-06:00
But these values contain taxes, 0.162684TL is naked price (without taxes) for 1 kWh in one-time tariff.

before it changed to aydem we were on this three tier rate now the last two bills are for the single rate
