Re: electric and council tax
Hi Mikey
I found this which Duke replied to a while back.
PAYING BILLS
Get someone to pay your bills because from May onward they read your meter every two weeks?????? That happened last season I know but thats what happens. After October they dont read them till the following May....You can only DD for Electricity, Water and Council Tax you must pay at Town Hall however you can deposit sufficient funds to pay the following year if you wish.
They will cut off your services believe me my neighbour had his cut off and he's a Turk who lives in Germany so be warned, Im sure someone would pop round your place and pick up the Electric Bill and pay it as it should be much unless you have left the Fridge switched on.
Mikey if you click on the search bar and put in Electricity, Tax or anything else you want to know about you should find it here.
Good Luck
Andy
