Exclamation New Turkish Property Rental site

I am pleased to announce my new site http://www.CrescentHolidayRentals.com is now up and running, this has been in development for months and we have finally fixed most of the little bugs and quirks.

I wanted to offer a platform for property owners to advertise their properties for holiday letting.

I also wanted to offer people wanting to explore different parts of Turkey staying in a home rather then a hotel to find a suitable place to rent for short term.

Late last year the idea for this rental site was born. This is a commercial venture, consequently not a free service, but I have kept the fees to minimum, and I think they are the lowest around.

Please have a look at the site and feel free to register and add your properties, currently I am offering extra months free when you book your advert for 6 or 12 months, price for six months is £30, 12 months price is only £45.

As the site is just gone live, please email me if you have any problems or if you think anything could be improved.

I will also be adding a separate section on this forum for all registered owners of the CHR site; this would be a closed section for them to help each other with promotions and all aspects of renting their properties in Turkey.

Very good idea and site Mushtaq. I'm assuming pictures of your rental can be added (how many? how big?) We may use this in the future. Is it going to come up in the search engines for "Turkey vacation rental" or similar?

byw...when I clicked on the "contac us" button for the one rental for Akbuk that is there I got an error message "page not found". Everything else looks good to me.

Karen, you can add up to 4 pictures, they get resized for you, I will be marketing the site on the search engines, you also get a direct link to your property to send to potential clients. Will check out the error.

Linda, that information is entered by the client, but we might need to proof read for them.

Thanks for looking.
