New UK Turkish Property Advertisng Website

Merhaba All,
This is just a short message to let all UK holidaymakers and property investors aware of this new website offering advice and information on buying property in Turkey. www.turkishparasolhomes.co.uk
The site is still in it's early stages and will be improved and added too later this year.
I would appreciate any comments and suggestions about the website. Please be critical, I've got thick skin so I can take it! LOL
Tesukker ederim
Alan
This is me amending the website after your comments.

Hi Alan,
Well, you did say be critical so here goes:

First impression was that the site looked cluttered. Then I saw the link for property insurance and of course submitted a request for a quote. Can't give any more feedback because I couldn't get out of the insurance pages so gave up.

No offence intended.

Maria.

I got to be critical too. Too many flashing side bar links, property search was very basic and buggy and when you clicked for info there just wasnt much info about the property just a grainy photo and no details about the area or anything exciting to make me want to view the property.

The trouble I find with most estate agent websites is they just don't give enough info about a property to make it stand out from any other. Looking at page after page of samey properties with no real details doesnt make me want to go and view them. It would be nice if someone did something a bit different and used something other than the boring run of mill estate agent software and really made an effort to be different.

Maybe I am emlaked out after the last year! Funnily enough though, the property I eventually bought had a detailed unique description and lots of photos of the area and the property and so I remembered it and in the end bought it.

Hi Karyn,
Thanks for your advice.
I totally agree with your comments. At the moment I am limited to what I can advertise due to info from my colleague in Turkey.
I will be improving the site slowly and surely. Your comments will go along way to influence my future plans.
Thanks
Alan

Hi Andy,

Are your spelling mistakes supposed to be deliberate? LOL
