This link takes you to their web site. Nothing to indicate a link to Hanel. Why the suspicion, it just looks like a small development company based in Ovacik(near Fethiye)? If I am correct and it is a smaller operation they would not be in all the big shows which charge big money for floor space.

On the other issue of inspection trips. Why be wary? Either take them or ignore them. Friends of mine have gone on a number (to Spain) and see it as a way of having a cheap holiday - they were never serious about buying. If you are serious about buying it is a way of looking at what is on offer with someone else picking up a big slice of the tab. Rather that than buy something without seeing it. Just keep the credit card in your pocket and don't sign anything.

Taha Homes are not part of the Hanel Houses Group. They are a large construction company from Ankara, with one of their smaller offices in the Hisaronu - Ovacik area of Fethiye.

I was on holiday there a couple of weeks ago and met a guy from their office - through a friend who lives there - and they showed me some really nice properties. Unfortunately I dont have enough money to buy one right now, but they were really helpful and spoke really good English so when the money is sorted out I will definitely contact them again.

If you need to know anything more about them my friend lives there so she can find out for you and post a reply. Hope this helps
