Why closed?
I did a forum search for something I knew I'd posted and came across a thread which has been locked, here. It seems a fairly mundane thread, nothing contentious I could see, so I'm wondering why has it been locked? Anyone like to throw some light on the subject?

Re: Why closed?
John I have just had a look and read the deleted posts and I can see why it was closed - it got right off track and we had another person invloved in the thread who was once again here in disguise, he had been banned and came back under another name trying to cause havoc. Mushtaq has closed it and he is not online to talk to about the thread but I'm sure when he's on he will explain but I don't think his explanation will be much different to mine.
Why do the do it???????????????????????????????????????????????? ???

Re: Why closed?
Ok, fair explanation. Although as the thread had been cleaned up, i.e. the dodgy posts removed, is there any reason why it should still be locked?

Re: Why closed?
As the question raised by Rachel was answered by herself later on, I thought the matter was concluded, the thread is there for reference, I don't think more can be added to the thread.
But if you feel you need to say more, please start another thread.

Re: Why closed?
No, I've nothing to add... was just curious originally because I couldn't see any reason for the thread to be locked.
