Hello

Is there a problem with Crescent Holiday Rentals Site?
I tried to place an advert which gives you 1 months free and 6 months at £30
but when I processed the order to pay i keep getting this message

The "email address" or "Merchant ID" you are trying to send money to is invalid/does not exist, please try again (do not use invalid characters such as commas and spaces).

As the details are already automatically placed by the site there should be no error?

I sent an e-mail to Crescent Holidays this morning pointing out the problem but no-one has answered.

Can anyone advise me what the problem is?

Hi, we have just changed our account settings and there was an error in the account details, this has now been fixed and should be working.
