Selling our four seasons apartment

It is with regret that we have to sell our three bedroom apartment located in E block.
We are expecting another child and we now have to sell our apartment.
The apartment is furnished and is located on the middle floor.
It has good views out of the windows and balconies of the lounge and the two other bedrooms (not the master) across the spring villas development looking towards the mountains !!
It is ready for immediate rental opportunities.
If anyone can offer us advice on selling our apartment it would be greatly appreciated !!

Re: Selling our four seasons apartment

Welcome to the forum. How successful you are in selling your property will probably depend on whether you are prepared to take a considerable financial hit.
Four Seasons was built when property prices were at their top, so prepare yourself for a reality check.
I have sold three of our properties in Ilica (not in Spring/FS) this year and I would advise you to get as much exposure as you possibly can, so
- advertise on this forum with photos
- put the property up for sale with several local estate agents, even though you will find they will put around 10% commission on top of your asking price. Anita Simsek from Turkey Property Shop in Side owns an appartment at Spring herself and is very reliable.
- also try finding some British estate agents selling in Turkey.
- place an advert on sahibinden.com to try and sell it yourself. See my other thread on this here: Selling via Sahibinden.com
- tell as many people as you can that you are selling and put a for sale sign or banner up if you are allowed to at Four Seasons.
Good luck, and please let us know how you get on with selling.

Hi, dont know if you're still looking to sell but we find advertising on the Hurriyet Turkish newspaper site is generally worthwhile.

Also bear in mind that if you get a Turkish buyer you can have the sale completed the same day that they pay your money over. The majority of Turk buyers either have ready cash or take bank credit which only takes around a week to come through. Obviously this means that you can get everything done as soon as you can get to Turkey to sign the Tapu over.

If you are in Turkey at the time a Turk buyer comes along you may well have everything sorted in a couple of days...Easy peasy!

Hürriyet Emlak : Türkiye'nin Lider Emlak Sitesi - Sat?l?k | Kiral?k | Konut | Arsa | Devremülk | ??yeri | Turistik ??letme | Yeni Konut Projeleri Foto?rafl?, Harital?, Videolu Emlak ?lanlar?

Unfortunately the english version of the site does not give the option to advertise so you will need a Turkish friend to help you. If you need to, feel free to pm me as my Turkish is good enough to help and listing is not too difficult!

Good luck selling and remember, keep your price keen, keep your info accurate and list as many photographs as possible

Re: Selling our four seasons apartment

Hi all
We are considering selling our apartment, can anyone recommend any other good local sales agent ?

If anyone is interested for themselves or knows of any friends or family who might be, then let us know. It is a 3 bedroom, 1st floor, unfurnished, brand new, never used apartment.
Thanks
Liz & Gordon

Re: Selling our four seasons apartment

Four Seasons has 24 hour security, Olympic size outdoor pool plus childrens pool and smaller pool, indoor pool with jacuzzi section, sauna, poolside bar/cafe, restaurant, fabulous gym with panoramic views to the mountains, mini amphitheatre with a big screen where they show movies, tennis court...Erm...I think thats everything!
Most importantly, these facilities are actually in use!

Re: Selling our four seasons apartment

yeah but they don't all have beautiful views of the mountains - some have a view over the cemetery, others look into a mound of dirt and others have a view directly into another apartment block dont get me wrong the site looks very beautiful and the facilities are top notch excellent but i would like to know where this apartment is in the complex to get an idea of what the view is likely to be like
