Thomas Cook Belfast to Antalya

I am hoping someone can help me on this one!
We will be out in Spring & Four Seasons for five weeks in july and we have two 17 year olds who want to come out on the 24th july and return home with us on the 8th August.
Thomas Cook will not allow them to travel on their own as under 18 but will link their booking to another adult booking..
If anyone is travelling on the Belfast to Antalya flight on the 24th July i would be grateful if you would allow me to use your booking reference to link their flight details on the outward journey.
