According to Google's Delete everything in My Activity
To delete all activity that's saved in My Activity:

- Go to My Activity. You might need to sign in to your Google Account.
- On the "My Activity" banner, choose More and then Delete activity by.
- Below "Delete by date," select the Down arrow and then All time.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm your choice.
