Re: trigeminal neuralgia

Just a thought before anything drastic.
Do you have any fillings in your teeth?

It's not unknown to have more than one type of metal filling, and this can set up an electric current as they interact with your saliva. There have been several cases of people having constant migraines and unexplained pain because of this.
I have different fillings, no reactions, fortunately, but the first thing my lovely Turkish dentist asked me when we met, was if I suffered from headaches. No UK dentist ever mentioned it or took into consideration before treatment.

Re: trigeminal neuralgia

Wishing you all the very best for this operation. I am a firm believer in positive thoughts influencing how you feel (and vice versa I am afraid!).

However long this lasts for you, it has been a long time coming. It will hopefully bring relief from the pain and will stop you worrying as well. Once done the outcome can only be beneficial.

Good luck. Talk to you after the 14th.

Maisie
