Re: what did you have tonight

My work partner from down in leafy Cheshire drove up yesterday as we had to attend a course In Glasgow today so we went to the pub for a few beers before having one of Linsey’s fine roast chicken dinners and some wines, tonight post course Matt made the drive back south and we tucked into king Prawn Spaghetti with garlic and chilli stored in, very tasty it was to, I followed this with Scottish Strawberries with crumbled merengue nest and squirty cream.

Tuna steaks. Pan of diced potatoes, sliced onions and carrots with lots of rosemary and tons of garlic. Good.

Re: what did you have tonight

Sea bream cooked in the oven wrapped in grease proof paper, with a tomato, onion and garlic sauce. We had it with steamed broccoli and roasted tomatoes.
Thereís a tomato theme going on!
Very good.

Baby's head? Think I'll give that a miss

Tonight Crab Spaghetti ŗ la JC...

Followed the BBC recipe as best possible, no crab meat here so I substituted crab sticks but when cooked they broke up into delightful little wriggly maggoty things.

I’d like to say that they tasted better than they looked but…

I won’t post a pic in case some have yet to have their suppers.

I'm afraid to ask but they all sound most enticing - maybe I should rename my latest dish as maggot pasta, has a nice ring to it
